Suggest a specific date of departure so that most Christmas cards arrive simultaneously.
Imagine when postmen bear sackful of Christmas cards to Ecuador's embassy, the demonstration should give the news impact. :-)

This will have to be flexible as we have to consider the cards will arrive to the Embassy and it could interfere with official business, do your best please, post early in December to help ease the flow... thanks]
